Natalietatum is an online shop for the things that make an ordinary day run a little easier — comfort, convenience and small practical upgrades for the home and for daily life, kept in one place instead of scattered across a dozen sites.
We started with a simple belief: shopping should be easy, reliable and built around what you actually need. Every item in our range is chosen to help you get more out of the things you use each day, not to fill a catalogue.

How we choose
The test is simple. Is it well made, does it do the job it promises, and is the price honest? If we would not buy it ourselves, it does not go on the shelf. We describe what we sell as accurately as we can — colours vary between screens, and measurements are approximate unless we state that they are exact.
Prices and shipping
Prices are shown in USD and include applicable taxes unless we state otherwise at checkout. Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum spend and no hidden delivery fees: the price shown at checkout is the final delivery price. We ship to the United States and the United Kingdom.
- Processing: 1 to 2 business days.
- Transit: 4 to 6 business days once your order has been dispatched.
- Total: roughly 5 to 8 business days from the day you place your order.
Orders go out Monday through Friday with established carriers such as DHL, FedEx and UPS, and every parcel is insured while it is in transit. You get a tracking number and the carrier name by email as soon as your order ships. Delivery windows are estimates rather than guarantees, and if anything slips we will keep you updated. On your bank or card statement the charge appears as NATALIETATUM.
Returns
You have 30 days from delivery to start a return. Items need to be unused and in the same condition they reached you in, with tags attached and in their original packaging, and we ask for your order number so we can find the right parcel quickly. Email us before sending anything back, so we can approve the return and give you the correct address. We never charge a restocking fee. If an item arrives damaged, faulty or wrong, we cover the return shipping; for a change of mind, the return postage is yours. The full terms are in our Refund Policy.
